During the summer of 2023, the small Kuriat island welcomed more than 28,000 visitors, among whom around 5,000 had the opportunity to visit our association's awareness hut. We have undertaken an assessment of the impact of this awareness on our visitors, seeking to analyze the profiles of those affected and collect data on their impressions.
We organized special days to raise awareness among various groups, including a day dedicated to fishermen's children, another to French school students, as well as events aimed at influencers, Scouts and other associations. NGB Juniors members played a crucial role in these field missions and outreach activities.
Training sessions were offered to visitors to the Mediterranean Environmental Training Center, as well as to decision-makers. We have also organized events open to the general public, such as Independence Day, with the aim of raising awareness among a wide range of people.
